At VitalityCheck our goal is to give you the perfect product for your promotional campaign, and we take the word "perfect" seriously. That's why we offer on-demand services. You can customize the entire cover and even make changes to the inside pages. Minimum quantity for custom orders is 500. Custom pricing is as follows:

Product Licensing Available for Maximum Flexibility
A product licensing option is also available. The cover of the VitalityCheck® daily journal can be completely customized by purchasing a product license. Upon purchasing a product license we will send you a CD complete with print-ready PDF files of the inside pages.
Your in-house graphics department can create a custom cover just the way you want it –use both the inside and outside of the front and back covers for promoting your company image – in addition to displaying your logo, you can provide detailed contact information, a special message, or your own favorite tips about diet, exercise and sleep.
Work directly with the printer of your choice and control both cost and quality of the finished product
Produce as many copies as you want, whenever you want, up to 10,000 copies per license.
CD comes with PDF files of the inside pages ready to send to your printer.
