Large volume orders of VitalityCheck are sold primarily through promotional products and business gift distributors; the same people from whom you would purchase business gifts or products bearing your logo. If there is a distributor with whom you normally do business, we recommend you contact them. They can provide you with additional information.
If you are not currently working with a distributor, you can check our Industry Links for some of our partner distributors or find one listed in the Yellow Pages under Advertising Specialties, Promotional Products, or Business Gifts. Many distributors can also be found on the internet. Ask for more information about the VitalityCheck product by referencing "asi 93989".

Policies and General Information
Orders:
Once accepted by VitalityCheck®, orders cannot be canceled except upon terms that will properly compensate VitalityCheck® for materials, labor and services that it has provided.
Copyright Ownership:
Imprinting a logo on a VitalityCheck® daily journal represents a purchase of space only. Right and title to all text, or any part thereof, remains VitalityCheck®’s exclusive property and may not be reproduced without the purchase of a product license or VitalityCheck®’s expressed written permission.
Payment Terms:
For customers placing an order for the first time, pre-payment is required in full. For subsequent orders, VitalityCheck® will bill in installments: 50% upon approval of proof, and 50% upon shipment. VitalityCheck® may withdraw any offer without any obligation whatsoever if customer’s credit is not established or approved to VitalityCheck®’s sole discretion.
Payment Schedule:
Invoices shall be paid within 30 days from the date of the invoice, unless otherwise specified. Unpaid balances after 30 days are subject to a service charge of 1% per month.
Proofs:
Electronic proofs and faxed proofs are provided at no charge. A $5.00 fee applies for paper proofs to be mailed to customer. VitalityCheck® cannot be held responsible for errors made under any of the following conditions: if the work is printed with the customer’s approval, if changes are communicated verbally or if the customer failed to return proofs with indication of changes. Every effort will be made by VitalityCheck® to proofread and eliminate errors, but the final responsibility for checking for errors rests solely with the customer.
Change Orders:
Charges will be assessed for late client alterations. VitalityCheck® will make reasonable effort to accommodate reasonable client alterations; however client changes or corrections submitted after approval of proof will be charged.
Default and Delay:
VitalityCheck® shall not be liable for any default or delay in performance caused wholly or partially by fire, accident, strikes, floods, shortage of materials or by any cause not included in the foregoing which is beyond the control of VitalityCheck®.
